Your film usage comes down to film per pallet × pallets per period. Film per pallet depends on load height, how many wraps (revolutions) you apply, your pre-stretch percentage, and film gauge. Estimate film per pallet, multiply by your pallets per day and working days, then divide by the length per roll to get rolls per month. That's often 4–6 revolutions total. Unstable, heavy, or tall loads need more; light, stable loads can use fewer. Wrapping more than you need is pure waste, see reduce stretch film cost.

The most sensitive input is Step 1. Improving pre-stretch from a low setting to 250% can cut film-per-pallet substantially, which pulls the whole monthly total, and your roll count, down with it.
If you already run a machine, read film-per-pallet straight off its film meter, or weigh a roll before and after a known number of pallets.
