Machine-grade pallet wrap on longer rolls, cored and sized for your wrapper's film carriage and built for powered pre-stretch. One local source for the machine and the film that runs on it, delivered across Houston at the best price in the market.
Machine stretch film is pallet wrap made for powered wrappers. It arrives on longer rolls with cores sized for a film carriage and is engineered to be stretched by the machine, not by hand. That powered pre-stretch is where the savings come from: the wrapper elongates the film several times its original length before it reaches the load, so you cover far more pallets per roll while getting consistent, secure containment. Run it on any turntable, rotary arm, or automatic system.
Cast film is clear, quiet, and easy-release, and it handles the majority of powered wrapping jobs at a lower cost. Blown film is tougher, with higher puncture resistance and cling for demanding or sharp loads, but it runs noisier and costs more. Most operations do best on a quality cast machine film; we will only point you to blown when your loads actually call for it.
The right roll comes down to core diameter, film width for your load height, and the gauge and blend that suit your load weight and pre-stretch level. Because we sell the wrappers too, we already know what runs best on your semi-automatic wrapper, automatic wrapper, or rotary arm system, so reordering is a two-minute conversation instead of a spec hunt.
